Claudia and Stephanie
What a joy to work with, my favorite part of the photoshoot was making a deal with Claudia that if I could take more and more pictures of her, she could see the inside of my car, just a plain ole car, but kids are curious and hilarious!

Welcome
Hello, and thank you for stopping by! I have finally gotten my new website launched and it took 3 yrs to make it all happen. I've taken photography probably more seriously than any other endeavor I have reached for. I am constantly reading, watching documentaries, contacting other photographers just to see what else I can learn about this amazing art! I use to look at photography as such a simple art form, you find something interesting, click the button and voila! But boy, have I learned so much since those naive and days of ignorance as a beginner. Just finding the amazing moment is the most work and art of it all, which makes it so intriguing to me!
Most my work is rural, which is fitting since I spend most my days out in the country at my family's cabin and a lot of them have very deep meaning. Whether it be an old red barn that I use to run around as a child or an old barbwire fence I've driven by for years. They all have a story.
I am immensely enjoying this so called talent I have discovered, it was a talent that I fought with for years and that remained suppressed, but due to the encouraging words and support of my friends and family I don't think the lens of my camera ever would of caught some of the meaningful images that I searched for.
I'm eager to see what 2010 will bring and I'm super excited to have finally found that fulfilling passion in my life! ~Leah
